    Access from Dashboard, then Properties tile, tap on Add a property button or directly using the hamburger menu

    Continue with required property details such as: Postal Code, Floor and Unit number.

    Tap on Proceed button after property details have been entered and confirmed.

    Identify yourself, as the owner of this property and add your FIN number.

    Tap on Add this property

    Your newly added property is now available in your dashboard.

  • Access to advertise your property, from Dashboard, then Properties tile.

    Tap on the property concerned. You are now on your property profile.

    Find the section Advertise this property.

    Select if you want to post for Rent, Sale, or Both and tap on the Submit button.

    Complete all the terms (price, availability …) and tap on the tick box, if you wish the support of an agent.

    User who has opted for agent support will be contacted within the next 12 hours.

    Access from Dashboard, then Properties tile, tap on Add a property button or directly using the hamburger menu; or from Favourites tile, tap on Add a property button if you did a full process with our App (contact, proposal).

    Proceed with required property details such as: Postal Code, Floor and Unit number.

    Identify yourself, as the tenant of this property.

    Tap on Proceed button after property details have been entered and confirmed.

    Your newly added property is now available in your Dashboard.

  • Users identified as owner or tenant of POPETY can subscribe to services from leading providers

    Access reliable services from Dashboard, then Properties tile, tap on the property concerned to access to Services button,

    Or directly using the hamburger menu and choose the relevant property

    Then choose desired service and tap on Get proposal button to complete process.

    Confirmation email will be sent to registered email for acknowledgement.

    POPETY will contact you in the next 48 hours

    Past requests can be accessed on the Requests tab.

  • POPETY users identified as owner or tenant can simply declare repairs to be fixed.

    Access reliable contractors from Dashboard, then Properties tile, tap on the property concerned and tap on Open issue to add an issue, or directly using the hamburger menu

    Tap on Add Issue button and proceed with relevant Property reference, Issue Category, Description and Upload pictures. Save your Issue.

    Regarding an issue, you can choose to chat with the home owner by simply selecting the relevant issue in your current list.

    Get a Quote (related partner would get in touch shortly.) or Mark it Fixed.

    Issue can also be edited or cancelled from Issue list.

  • POPETY users identified as owner or tenant can store all relevant documents for each of their properties

    Access available services from Dashboard, then Properties tile, tap on the property concerned to access to documents, or directly using the hamburger menu

    To Add a new document (PDF or Image), simply download it and put a tittle

    Delete and view documents by tapping on the relevant section.

  • You can buy details of qualified prospects interested in your property.

    Access your Leads from Dashboard, then Properties tile, tap on the property concerned and tap on Leads

    In this screen, you can find all your contact requests

    Select between Accept Contact or declare Not Interested.

    Accept Contact will provide you with relevant details about the home seeker such as Name, Surname, Mobile phone number and email address.

    Accept Contact requires payment of a S$15 flat fee collected through credit card processing or debit of your POPETY wallet. Follow on screen instructions for payment.

    Don’t worry, we have money-back policy to assure you only pay for a real prospect.

    Property by property, decide whether to accept or reject a proposal (assimilated to a Letter of Intent).

    In case of acceptance, sign & confirm contract to complete process with the prospect.

  • Users can load their POPETY wallet with the use of a credit card

    Access your Wallet from the hamburger menu and then View Profile

    Tap on the Wallet tab and then Top Up Wallet

    Filters can be used to look for most suitable listings on our platform according to preferences such as: Property Type, Number of Bedrooms, Location, Price or nearby school & MRT or any other keyword …

  • Home seekers can contact home owners or agents directly on our platform.

    After selecting preferred unit from browsing list, tap on “I am Interested to Visit” button and choose between unique visit or get support from an agent to also find alternatives.

    Home seekers who have opted for agent support will be contacted by the next business day.

  • To be able to have access to contact details, you need to express your interest on a property profile with the button “I am Interested to Visit”.

    You already sent a contact request? Wait a little bit. The property owner or the agent will examine your request and decide to contact you or not.

    Find the answer from Dashboard, then Favourites tile, tap on the property concerned and tap on Leads.

    If they are interested, you will get a message with owner or agent contact details

    If they are not interested, you will receive a negative message

  • Home seekers can send a proposal (for rental or acquisition) to home owners to start the transaction process. To access this feature, you have to acquire home owner or agent details from POPETY.

    Access preferred properties from Dashboard, then Favourites tile,

    Property by property, decide whether to send a proposal (assimilated to a Letter of Intent).

    Review details of your proposal before sending it to the relevant home owner.

  • Home seekers can share properties to other seekers.

    You can share at 2 moments:

    When you are on a property profile, on the list view.

    When you already have it in your favourites

    At the end of the property profile concerned, you tap on the Share button,

    Enter the email address of the POPETY user you intend to share the property with then tap on Share to proceed.

    An Email will be sent to all users (POPETY user and non-user)

    That property now appears in the Favourites of that particular POPETY user.

  • The concept of adding a property arises as POPETY Pro maintains unique listings (no duplicates of properties) mainly because we do not want our end users to be confused by a plethora of listings for the same property.

    Hence, each property can only be added by one agent based on a first come first served basis.

    Once listed, the agent owns the rights to manage the property profile and list it for rent/sale. No other agents will be able list the same property.

    And the good news? Adding a listing for rent/sale for agents is entirely free of charge.

  • You can choose 1 of the 2 ways to list your properties.

    1. Do it yourself easily in POPETY Pro app. Access ‘My properties’ to list properties for free. Enter applicable information including the postal code, level, unit (not disclosed to seeker) of the properties which you manage and click proceed to list and post for rent/sale by filling in the required fields, OR
    2. Send us an email at support@popety.com, with property details: Postal code, Floor number, Unit number(not disclosed to seeker), Offered price, Lease condition & Photos

    Your newly added property will be available in ‘My properties’.

  • After your property has been listed and posted for rent/sell, you will be notified when there are leads received for your property. If you are interested, you can purchase the lead for the contact details. See below steps for more information.

    Steps to purchase the lead:
    1. Go to 'My Leads'.
    2. If you do not have sufficient balance in the wallet, you’ll need to top up your wallet to purchase the direct lead.
    3. You can purchase the lead at $15 flat fee for the contact details (Name, mobile phone number and email address).
    4. Access ‘My Prospects’ to view the contact details of your purchased lead.

  • When we have home seekers/owners looking for an agent, after verifying their genuine interest, we will post this lead in our auction system for interested agents to bid for the contact details. If you are interested, you can bid and purchase the lead for the contact details. See below steps for more information.

    Steps to bid for the lead:

    1. Go to ‘My Leads’.
    2. If you do not have sufficient balance in the wallet, you’ll need to top up your wallet to participate in the bidding.
    3. You can tap on 'Bid for .. ' button to participate in the auction. The bid starts at $10 and will increase $10 each time an agent bids for it.
    4. If you wish to check more details of the lead then you can tap on the lead and you can see more information. You can also bid from this page.
    5. Duration of the bid is 4 hours.
    6. At the end of 4 hours, the highest bidder will be rewarded with the contact details(Name, mobile phone number and email address) of the prospect.
    7. Access ‘My Prospects’ to view the contact details of your purchased lead.
